Radosław Morek (born in 1973), technologist, scientist, academic teacher, and above all husband and father. Privately, a hobbyist astronomer, admirer of good cinema, photographer, who loves mountains and bicycles. He is a scout instructor and a socially active person. Recently a cat keeper.
In 1998, he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Technology and Automation (MTiA), the current Faculty of Production Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology.
In 1997-1999 he worked as a constructor of cutting tools in the then F.W.P. VIS S.A. From 1999 to 2013 he was a PhD student and then an adjunct at the Faculty of Production Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, first at the Institute of Machine Technology, then at the Institute of Manufacturing Techniques. In the years 2014-2017 he worked as an adjunct at the Faculty of Wood Technology at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW at the Department of Mechanical Woodworking. Currently, from March 2017 again at the Faculty of Production Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology.
As the author of articles, he cooperates with “Design News”, “Projektowanie i Konstrukcje Inżynierskie”, “Inżynieria i Utrzymanie Ruchu Zakładów Przemysłowych”, and currently with the periodical “Stal. Metale & Nowoczesne Technologie“, and “Utrzymanie Ruchu”, as well as “Obróbka metalu” and “MM Magazyn Przemysłowy”, as well as SZEFUR (Szef Utrzymania Ruchu).
Owner and editor-in-chief of the technological vortal technologicalprocess.com. I launched the vortal in April 2015 with students and engineers in mind.
Co-creator of the CAD/CAM/CNC postgraduate studies conducted by the Department of Automation of Machine Tools and Machining at the Institute of Manufacturing Techniques of the Production Engineering Department of the Warsaw University of Technology.
